Collection: Barolo & Barbaresco

Barolo & Barbaresco are neighbouring villages, located south and north of the city of Alba and both villages lend their name to the wine from their respective region. Both wines are made from 100% Nebbiolo.

Barbaresco is the smaller of the two regions and there are slight differences between the two wines. Typically, Barolo (especially those from the east side), are more tannic and powerful however they are both delicious, with captivating aromas of red fruits, flowers, tar and rose, the palate fresh with grippy tannins. Try with braised meats and of course the famous white truffles of Alba shaved over fresh tajarin pasta.
