Collection: Rosé
Italian rosato, or rosé, is made in every region and comes in many different styles and flavours. In the north, the elegant Chiaretto (the local name for rosé) from Lago di Garda is made mostly from the local varieties Groppello and Marzemino and is a pale pink. In Tuscany, Sangiovese makes a fruity but dry rose with hints of cherry whilst in the south, Elena Fucci's rosato is more like a chilled red, deep in colour and rich in flavour but finishing dry with a hint of Aglianico's signature tannin. When it comes to Italian rosé, there's literally something for everyone, and every dish.
