Soave Classico Calvarino 2024

The Calvarino vineyard is the historical nucleus of the Pieropan estate and was first made as a single vineyard wine in 1971.  This outstanding Soave is made from 70% Garganega and 30% Trebbiano, grown on volcanic soil. The crisp fruit of green apple, citrus and stone fruit prelude a fine and complex palate with piercing clarity and a long finish. Calvarino has a track record of a long cellar life, up to 15 years plus in the finest vintages.
