Rosso Il Campanile 2019

Chiesa del Carmine are located in a beautiful valley where the wildlife is abundant and nature is thriving, close to the city of Perugia in Umbria. Rosso Il Campanile is made from 60% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot and 30% of Umbria's indigenous Sagrantino, aged in barriques for twelve months with a further two years in the bottle. The cherry fruit of Sangiovese is supported by the dark fruit and robust tannin of Sagrantino with a splash of Merlot adding some mid palate depth. Less than 300 dozen of this beautiful red are made.
