Nebbiolo Spumante 2018

Erik, Paolo, Cristian and Federico are four friends who got together with a crazy idea to make sparkling Nebbiolo. In doign so they created a cult wine and helped established a now very popular category in the Langhe. One of our favourite drinks, this is classic method vintage sparkling, aged in wood for three months with 24 months in the bottle secondary fermentation and zero dosage. Best of all, it shows all the hallmarks of great Nebbiolo.
