Nebbiolo 'Lasarin' 2023

Lasarin is produced from grapes from Neviglie and the youngest Barolo vineyards in La Morra. Theres a tiny splash of Dolcetto here as well and maceration on skins is short to keep the tannins to easy drinking level. No wood, just stainless and concrete, this is fruity and fresh with raspberry and roses and just a hint of tannin. More in the Pinot Noir mold, this is a perfect intro to Nebbiolo.
