From Le Coste di Monforte d'Alba, aged for 12 months in second and third passage French oak barriques. This has some serious pedigree with rich, plush fruit of red berries with crushed flowers. Hard to beat for the money and a great short term cellaring option whilst the Barolos are sleeping.
