Dolciato - 375ml

Dolciato is a 'baby vin santo', bottled after a shorter time in cask. Made from Trebbiano, Malvasia and Sangiovese, it is rich and fruity with notes of toffee, apricot, pineapple and roasted nuts, the palate sweet but not cloying. Its perfect with anything at the end of meal, from biscotti to pecorino.
