Fruit is destemmed but not crushed, with natural fermentation in stainless where it stays on skins for 7 days followed by six months aging, bottled unfined and unfiltered.  A perfumed, velvety Dolcetto with berry fruit and juicy acidity and a wine that personifies easy complexity. Just 2000 bottles produced.
