Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle 2024

The Pavese family specialise in Prié Blanc, grown in the shadow of Mont Blanc at between 900 and 1200 metres.

Fermented and aged in stainless for twelve months, this is crystalline and pure in its freshness, as if defrosted from the nearby glacier. Barely a hint of colour, there are gentle notes of green apple, bergamot, alpine flowers and herbs, the palate fine and long with racy acidity. A beautiful aperitivo style wine that, at just 12% alcohol, will have you reaching for another refreshing glass.  Perfect with a variety of fish and shellfish from raw to fried.
