La Misse, the little Miss of Candialle, is the flagship wine of this bveatiful etsate in Panzano.  Organically grown Sangiovese was fermented in concrete and stainless steel (with a small amount of stems) and then mostly aged in concrete (80%) with the remainder in old barrels. Bottled unfined, La Misse is fruit forward and juicy with bright red cherry fruit and attractive freshness.
