Fragrante was born in 1927 in Sorrento, when Nonno Luigi began making his
own digestivo from local ingredients, including lemon and rosemary. Great
grandson Daniel, inspired by Luigi’s recipe, created Amaro Insolito, meaning
‘unusual Amaro’. Insolito because its different to the rest. It's low on sugar,
light on alcohol and big on flavour which means it can switch from a refreshing
aperitivo to a soothing amaro. Best of all, there are no preservatives,
colourants or acidity correctors. A classic in the making and a must have behind
the bar.
