Mark's 2020 Bianco is a blend of  75% Fiano Minutolo and 25% Greco. Fiano gives the wine its stone fruit and floral notes whilst the Greco adds grapefruit and body to the wine. In addition, a small amount of Fiano was naturally dried until late October and then added to the fermenting wine, contributing richness and texture. There are armoas of ripe nectarines and pears with orange blossom and jasmine. Perfect with seafood and vegetable dishes.
