The main variety of Soave, from the village of the same name. Versatile late ripening variety capable of producing light and refreshing wines through to complex cellar worthy versions and the local dessert specialty, Recioto. Delicately perfumed with notes of green apple, honeysuckle and acacia blossom. Recioto, made from partially dried grapes, balances tropical fruit and vanilla flavours with lively acidity.
