The Beragna vineyard was originally planted in 1872 (on its own rootstock)
and 30% of the original vines remain. The vines are close planted and
yield less than 1kg per vine. The wine is 100% Rossese, fermented and aged
in stainless steel and is brimming with cherry fruit, spice and pepper. The
palate is both minerally and juicy with silky tannins and a refreshing finish.
