Fabio and Enrico Coser blend Vermentino with a little Procanico (a local Trebbiano) and Ansonica (aka Inzolia) to make a refreshing Mediterranean white that is crisp and refreshing with a little texture and good complexity. From the island of Elba off the coast of Tuscany where Napoloeon was exiled (twice!), this is great value and super interesting with a side dose of history.
